Mangement Workshops

We offer bespoke management workshops to satisfy the requirements of specific groups of leaders within an organisation. Ranging from breakfast or lunch-time presentations to whole-day workshops, these interactive sessions may be combined into a series to form an in-depth development programme. A workshop typically has between 5 and 40 attendees of corporate grades that range, depending on topic, from Assistant Vice President to Managing Director.

Themes explored in such workshops include overcoming the mistakes that befall early-career managers; the challenges of managing in an international, multi-cultural environment (or in a specific country such as China or Russia); the transition from task management to people leadership; how to sustain employee commitment and performance during and after organisational re-structuring; making the most of an expatriate assignment; and, personal credibility and impact.

Such management workshops typically synthesise our experience of leadership in the real world with meaningful insight from respected academic models. The aim is to offer attendees a framework within which to share and explore their own and colleagues’ knowledge. In learning from both us and each other, managers leave workshops with resilient and pragmatic strategies for improving their performance and that of their organisations.
